The interview for physical work is usually short and to the point. The main thing is specificity.
What must be clarified
- Rate and how it is calculated (hour/day/month), overtime payment.
- Schedule, weekends, shift duration.
- Housing: is it available, how much does it cost, how many people are in the room.
- Who pays for the road to the site.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions - an adequate employer will answer calmly. Evasiveness is a warning sign.
