How we verify vacancies
IsraWork is an aggregator: we collect ads from open sources (Telegram channels, job boards) and also publish our own verified vacancies. Here we explain honestly what we verify and what we don't.
Vacancy statuses
“From an open source” — the ad was collected automatically. We show the source, date received and a link to the original. We have NOT verified the terms or contacts — check them yourself and never pay upfront.
“Contacts confirmed” — an IsraWork manager reached the listed contacts and got a response.
“Terms confirmed” — an IsraWork manager contacted the employer and confirmed the key terms: rate, schedule, housing.
“IsraWork-verified vacancy” — posted directly by the employer or managed by our company: we know the employer and the terms.
How fresh an ad is
- Green — posted in the source no more than 14 days ago.
- Yellow — posted 15–60 days ago: check it is still open before applying.
- Grey — posted over 60 days ago: not confirmed as open; we suggest similar fresh jobs.
Review rules
- Anyone can leave a review without signing up. Negative reviews are published just like positive ones.
- Every review is moderated. We remove only insults, threats, other people's personal data and obvious spam.
- A company cannot delete or edit a review. It can verify its profile and reply publicly.
- Ratings are not for sale. With fewer than three reviews we say plainly it is too early to judge.
- Quotes from open sources are labelled as such and do not count towards the rating.
Manpower agency licences
Licence data comes from the Israeli Ministry of Labor open registry, checked daily. A licence means the right to operate, not a guarantee of honesty: read reviews and check the terms. Check →
Who runs IsraWork
IsraWork is an enthusiast project by people who went through working in Israel themselves. Jobs and housing are collected from open sources and from users. Partners: israeljob.pro — job matching (requests from the “find me a job” forms go there), etavisa.ru — help with ETA-IL.
What to check yourself
For ads from open sources always confirm: the exact rate and payment terms, housing conditions, legal employment status. Never pay for “processing”, “reserving a spot” or “guaranteed employment” — upfront payment is the main sign of fraud.
Report a problem
Found an outdated vacancy, wrong terms, or suspect fraud? Write to us with the vacancy link and what's wrong. We'll check and remove the ad if the report is confirmed.
