- LL.B degree and valid Israeli lawyer's license
- About 5 years of experience in labor law
- Experience in HR support and legal consulting of organizations
- Experience in preparing employment contracts and commercial contracts
- Experience in judicial practice (litigation) in labor law is an advantage
- Experience working as an in-house lawyer or in a leading law firm is an advantage
- Practical knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Israel
- Transportation from many settlements in the north
