Working hours
5 days a week, from Sunday to Thursday, from 22:00 to 02:00 (night work).
Responsibilities:
-Increasing presence in public places where children and adolescents gather.
-Patrolling and carrying out preventive work against violence, drug and alcohol use.
-Establishing personal contact with children and adolescents, the role of a significant adult for them.
-Assist in preventing the escalation of conflicts and reducing tensions before and during incidents.
-Referring teenagers in difficult situations to educational and social services of the city.
-Reporting on incidents and situations in the work area.
-Assist in attracting teenagers to summer events held in youth and community centers of the city.
Requirements:
*Ability to work in a team and interact with various organizations.
*Experience and approach to working with children and adolescents.
*Good communication skills.
*Experience in instructing and/or individual work with adolescents.
- an instructor or trainer certificate will be an advantage
-Certificate from the police
Approximate salary
4 200 ₪ gross
