🌎 ENG&RU: Fluent English and Russian (oral and written).

JDC (The Joint) invites the Manager of Internal Control and Transformation to cooperate. We are seeking a leader to join a team responsible for driving business transformation and driving strategic change across the organization in the former Soviet Union.
This is a role for a professional who is ready to become a guarantor of ethical principles, has deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and for whom regulation is the basis of trust, transparency and sustainable development.
Your tasks: You will lead the creation and development of the internal control and quality assurance function (Quality Assurance). You will develop and implement a system of standards that protects resources and ensures the JDC mission is achieved, working with a broad network of local partners. We are looking for an expert with the personal and professional maturity to create a culture of responsibility and mutual support with partner organizations.
