Crane operators and foremen receive Keren Ishtalmut from the first day. The rest of the employees are accrued after 3 years in the industry, not necessarily with the same employer. Even if you have changed several jobs, your length of service counts.

Often Keren Ishtalmut is included, but it is worth checking in advance and also depends on the position and employment contract.
If your field is not on the list, Keren Ishtalmut remains the subject of negotiations during employment, and you need to ask for it yourself.
