Starting rate: 40/45 ₪ per hour + all social conditions (health, clothing, pension contributions, transportation costs, etc.).

Overtime pay: 125% - 150% - 175% - 200%.

Professional staff:

Rate: 55 ₪ per hour + all social conditions.

50 ₪ per hour + all social conditions and overtime.

For professionals: 65 ₪ per hour + all social conditions and overtime.

Our employees, taking into account overtime and shifts, reach a total salary of 13,000 ₪ to 18,000 ₪ per month.
