SENIOR NURSE required
Beit Dina Nursing Home, Haifa
REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Registered nurse “Ahot musmekhet” (required diploma in “siud”)
✅ Higher education (2nd degree – advantage)
✅ Course in geriatrics or intensive care is an advantage
WORK EXPERIENCE:
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in the specialty
✔️ Management experience preferred (min. 1 year)
✔️ Experience working in a nursing home/geriatrics setting
✔️ Knowledge of the requirements of the Ministry of Health
✔️ Experience managing nurses and support staff
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Responsibility and organizational skills
- Humane and attentive approach to older people
- Ability to work in a team
- Communication skills
- Confident work with a computer
- Ability to work in stressful situations
