Responsibilities:
• Department management (15–20 employees)
• Planning schedules, briefings, discipline control
• Reporting, process improvement, quality control
• Maintaining order and organization in the department
Conditions:
• Full time
• Opening hours: 6:30–16:00
• Overtime + alternate Fridays
Requirements:
• Experience in industry (team lead / shift manager)
• Technical understanding, reading blueprints is a must
• Office - required
• Hebrew - high level
• English - reading and writing
• ERP is an advantage
Additionally:
Transportation with payment of travel time from:
