❗️ Requirements:
🔧 Technical savvy and ability to independently perform maintenance work and minor repairs
✅ General maintenance or Handyman experience is a significant advantage
🤝 Ability to work with suppliers and contractors
🎯 Ability to work with company management and other employees of the organization, service orientation

🫡 Your responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance work, minor and routine repairs in the building and company facilities
- Identify faults and provide an initial response, if necessary, call a suitable supplier or contractor and accompany the work until the fault is eliminated
- Conduct ongoing work with suppliers, contractors and external service providers
- Accompany and supervise professional work on site: electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, repair and construction
- Work with a cleaning company and monitor the quality of its services
- Maintain working equipment and keep it in good condition
- Responsible for a clean, safe, orderly and well-maintained work environment
🕒 Work format:
Full time | 5 shifts per week | Sun-Thu | 08:00-17:00
