📚 Experience in electrical, plumbing or minor repairs

🫡 Your responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance of company premises

• Carry out preventive maintenance and eliminate malfunctions in plumbing systems

• Monitor the condition of the building, promptly identify and correct problems

• Coordinate the work of contractors (electricians, cleaning, repair services)

• Monitor the safety, order and technical condition of the territory and premises of the enterprise
