Documentation representative for ZIM

We are looking for a documentation specialist to join our company's documentation department:
Within the scope of the position:
- Familiarity with the world of bill of lading pricing, knowledge of the company's customer agreements.
- Documentary control and processing of export cargo (registration of bills of lading, transfer to ports of import, etc.).
- Ongoing processing/corrections related to the bill of lading.
- Providing solutions for various documentary problems to ensure loading and unloading of cargo at the final destination.
The position involves daily interaction with various departments of the company, clients and ZIM agents in different ports around the world.
Full time from Sunday to Thursday, Friday - twice a month.
Place of work: MATAM Park Haifa (hybrid model - once a week from home).
