🔥Vacancy: Regional manager at the cleaning company Broom Service
📍Kfar Saba, Ra'anana and surroundings
Broom Service has been operating in the Israeli market for more than 13 years. We serve Tel Aviv, Herzliya and Ramat Hasharon.
Now we are expanding - and we are looking for a person who will take over the new area: Kfar Saba, Ra'anana and the surrounding area.
We are considering two options.
➡️ If you have already worked as a regional cleaning manager, you are ready to offer better conditions than your current employer. ➡️ If you don’t have experience in this role yet, but have a managerial background, we’ll talk too.
✅️What to do
You are responsible for your entire area:
• meetings with new clients, bringing applications to agreement
• hiring new employees: introduction to work, scheduling, training (in the future, training will be taken over by the supervisor)
• distribution of employees among clients and control of work
• quality checks at sites
• constant communication with clients
• resolving conflicts and problems on site
• customer and employee retention
🔎Who we are looking for:
• experience in managing people
• understanding the cleaning industry from the inside
• license and car
• Hebrew - spoken, written. Not necessarily tall, but loose
• Russian and English - fluent
• ability to multitask
• ability to talk to people and insist on your own
📌Conditions
• full time, Sunday - Thursday
• Friday – half day
• salary is above average, discussed directly with the director
