There are areas where knowledge of Hebrew is truly critical, but there are positions where Russian/English or basic Hebrew is sufficient.
Don’t be afraid to tell your employer that you are ready to learn the language. He often improves quickly as he works.
❌ Myth: “They won’t hire you without Israeli work experience”
Local experience can be an advantage, but it is not always required. It is important to show relevant skills, experience from another country and explain how you can apply them in a new position.
