Under 16 years of age cannot work during the school year. You can work only during holidays and only at light work.

You can work from 16 to 18 years old, but not during school hours. The schedule must fit the school schedule.

Minimum rate from April 1, 2026:

Up to 16 years old - from 26,07 шек/час

From 16–17 years old - from 27,94 шек/час

From 17–18 years old - from 30,92 шек/час

There are also restrictions on working hours.

Typically, a teenager's shift should not be more than 8 hours.

For those who are already 16 years old, with a five-day working week, you can work up to 9 hours a day.

If a teenager is paid less than the minimum, wages are delayed or illegal deductions are made, then you can go to the labor court.
