Job description:
In the confectionery shop of a large industrial complex, fresh pastries and sweets are prepared daily. Here they work with dough, creams and various fillings, bake pastries, cakes, cookies and bakery products. Tasks include kneading dough, shaping and baking, decorating finished products, as well as quality control and recipe compliance. The work takes place in a modern production facility with equipped ovens, mixers and professional slicers. The atmosphere is dynamic and lively - the workshop is constantly working, so attentiveness, accuracy and love for the work are important.
