What you will do:
*Customer support: Handling requests via email, phone and chats.
* Problem Solving: Works closely with technical teams to resolve customer issues and improve products.
* Knowledge Development: Become an expert on our products and offer valuable recommendations and solutions!
What we expect from you:
* Previous customer service or Helpdesk experience.
* Technical savvy: Experience with SQL required, quick adaptation to complex software solutions.
*Languages:
Fluency in Russian and English;
* Flexible schedule.
* Passion for any sport is a good help.
