Job description:
A popular European supermarket chain is looking for a head of delicatessen department. The display cases are filled with cheeses, sausages, cottage cheese, sour cream by weight, smoked meats, pickles and other gastronomy. We need a person who has already worked in grocery retail and understands how a gastronomic department should function. Your tasks will include managing the department - monitoring assortment, quality and expiration dates, planning orders, monitoring balances and minimizing write-offs. Also working with employees, organizing shifts, distributing responsibilities, training new employees. This position is suitable for a person with experience who can manage a team, monitor processes and ensure stable, high-quality work of the entire department.
🕐 Schedule:
☀️First shift: from 7-8 to 15-16
🌑Second shift: from 15-16 to 21-22
