❗️ Requirements:
🇮🇱 Hebrew high or native
📚 At least one and a half years of management experience in logistics operations in logistics companies or consumer goods companies is a must
💻 Confident computer skills, Excel is a must
🪪 License for a forklift - preferably, can be obtained through the company
🪪 Israeli Citizenship

🫡 Your responsibilities:
- Manage a team of approximately 12 order pickers and forklift drivers: mentoring, team building, work procedures
- Replace site operations manager
- Responsible for accurate order fulfillment in terms of quantity and quality
- Conduct FEFO processes and spot checks, control errors and discrepancies during picking
- Work with reservations and “red stamps” upon acceptance
- Unload containers and trucks, receive goods and load delivery vehicles
- Maintain order and cleanliness, conduct write-offs, returns and value-added work
- Maintain and control operational indicators
- Interact with security service, distribution, sales department, quality department, IT, call center and sales department
🕒 Work format:
Full time | 5 shifts per week | Sun-Thu | 08:00-17:30
