Director of a concrete plant in Ashdod

The Ashdod concrete plant manager will be responsible for the operational and management activities of the plant, as well as for managing and motivating a team of employees. The position includes planning activities in accordance with the annual budget and managing the profit and loss center, including preparing reports and tracking the profitability of the plant. Another component of the position is personal and regular contact with the plant’s customers.
