What the work includes: - Conducting laboratory tests of sperm in the field of reproductive medicine. - Process, prepare and store biological samples in accordance with laboratory protocols. - Work with modern laboratory equipment. - Documentation of results, control and quality assurance of laboratory processes. - Interaction with colleagues and medical specialists. Requirements for candidates: - Higher education (at least bachelor's degree) in the field of biology, medical laboratory sciences or a related specialty is required. - Experience in laboratory work is an advantage. - Experience in the field of reproductive medicine, andrology or in a sperm bank is a significant advantage, but not a prerequisite. - Accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Good communication skills
