🚗 Let's be honest: the work of a courier is not romantic trips to music. This is hard, responsible and physically exhausting work. And we are looking for people who understand this, but at the same time sincerely love movement, the road and communication.

🤝 We at Hupu Delivery are building the best team in the market. We carefully deliver orders from Israeli brands. Our team is predominantly female, and we are looking for like-minded people for whom respect, support and humanity are not empty words.

⚠️ WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW “ON THE SHORE”:

• 🏋️♀️ Physical activity: You will have to really move a lot, constantly get in and out of the car, carry orders. By the end of a 9-12 hour shift you really feel it.

• 📞 Constant communication: You are not just carrying a faceless box. You are constantly in touch - both with senders and recipients. You need to be able to find a common language with a variety of people.

• 🧘♀️ Dynamics and stress: Israeli traffic, eternal parking problems, dramatically changing circumstances - an iron inner “zen” is needed here. It is critically important to us that in any stressful situation you remain polite and do not become irritated.

• 🕊 Complete freedom of action: We do not stand over your soul and have absolutely no control over every step. You manage your day on the route. The main thing is that all deliveries are completed on time.

• ❤️ Maximum respect and flexibility: We always and with understanding meet halfway on personal and work issues. We do not have a rigid bureaucracy; we hear and value every person.

• 🏡 Logistics from home: Routes directly depend on the city in which you live (Gush Dan, Center, Middle South, Jerusalem, Modiin, Beer Sheva).

• 📅 Flexible schedule: Complete freedom of choice - work from 1 to 5 days a week (9-12 hour shifts).

• 🏎 Test drive: Experience as a courier is not required (although having it will be your preference)
