Work with incoming customer requests in Russian and Hebrew. Consulting on orders, delivery and goods, tracking deliveries and couriers, changing or canceling orders, solving problems and performing administrative tasks (Back Office).
Without cold calls and active sales - the client independently contacts the support service.
⏰ Full time, shifts
Morning shift: 09:00 to 17:00
Evening shift: 14:00 to 22:00
Friday - once every two weeks, 08:00 to 16:00
1 day a week - opportunity to work from home

Requirements:
• Good level of Hebrew is a must
• Russian language is required
