💼 How to recognize a dishonest employer

When money is needed urgently, it is difficult not to agree to the first thing that is offered.

But this is precisely the moment when you should slow down and ask a couple of simple questions before going on your first shift:

1. Ask about official registration and when exactly it will be.

2. Check the salary - what is gross and approximate net, because the difference is sometimes several thousand shekels and they are often silent about it.

3. Find out what day the salary is, how many hours are in the shift, whether overtime is paid.

⚠️ If in response you hear “we’ll figure it out later”, “you’ll just try for the first few days”, “we’ll fill out the documents a little later” or “we’ll discuss the salary after the shift” - this is already a reason to ask clarifying questions.

Good work starts with conditions being clear before the first day of work, rather than being revealed gradually along the way.

🫂 At New Way HR, we work only with trusted employers - those who have official registration from the first day, transparent conditions.

We know the conditions at each location in advance and are honest about them before you make a decision.
