We are looking for candidates with actual experience as a sales representative.
We need a person who does not need to explain from scratch what the work of a sales representative is and how sales should be structured.
You must understand that a visit to a retail outlet is not just “arriving, asking for an order and leaving.”
It is important for us that you be able to:
— plan your route and work day correctly;
— conduct a full visit to a retail outlet;
— analyze assortment, stock and sales;
— work with the display and presentation of goods;
— expand the range and introduce new positions;
- work with objections in a reasoned manner;
— increase orders and develop the outlet;
— build relationships with the client and at the same time achieve their goals.
If you are used to simply collecting ready-made orders, most likely we will not be suitable for each other.
We are looking for a person who understands the sales structure, knows how to independently work with the territory and knows that a good sales representative does not serve the route, but develops it.
🇮🇱 Great opportunity for new repatriates. If you have good experience as a sales representative in the country of origin, but do not yet have experience working in Israel, this is not a problem. We value your sales skills and understanding.
🗣 A high level of Hebrew is not required - the Aleph level will be enough.
🚗 A mandatory requirement is a category B driver’s license.
