Do you want to work with customers, develop sales skills and influence your earnings? An international chain of stores is looking for an employee to join the team. Sales experience is welcome, but not required: training is provided before starting work.
🛍️ What you have to do:
• Advise buyers and help with selection;
• Introduce customers to the assortment;
• Work with the cash register and sales area;
• Maintain order in the store;
• Participate in promotions and sales programs.
⏰ Shift schedule with rotation:
• 10:00–19:00
• 19:00–03:00
• 03:00–10:00
💰 Salary and additional payments:
• Base rate – from 45 ₪/час;
• Bonuses for personal sales;
• Bonuses based on store performance;
• Additional payments for participation in special programs and promotions;
• Increased pay for night shifts and Shabbat shifts.
Taking into account bonuses, income starts from approximately 50–55 ₪/час and can be higher depending on the results.
👤Who we are looking for:
• With fluent spoken Hebrew;
• With good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards clients;
• Willing to work on a shift schedule;
• With an interest in sales and customer service.
Experience in sales will be an advantage, but is not required.
