We are looking for craftsmen, contractors and repair teams throughout Israel - for paid work
The charity project of the organization "Latet", which helps adapt the housing of Holocaust survivors, is looking for reliable contractors, repairmen and handymen.
Not only professionalism and quality are important to us, but also human attitude: the work is carried out in the homes of elderly people, so patience, respect, and accuracy are especially important.
What work needs to be done:
• adaptation of bathrooms for the elderly and people with limited mobility
• installation of handrails and other safety features
• plumbing work
• floor coverings
• drywall and plaster
• minor electrical work
• various small repairs
What's important:
• experience and quality of work
• responsibility and punctuality
• willingness to fulfill both large and small orders
• presence of a Russian-speaking foreman in the team
• ability to communicate respectfully with older people and their families
Experience in housing adaptation and accessibility is an advantage.
Knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage.
- The work is being carried out throughout the country, so we invite craftsmen from different cities of Israel to send their data to be included in the database of project contractors.
