The main emphasis is to maximize employment retention, expand remote work and complete the development of a compensation mechanism for affected employees.
The published document emphasizes that even in a state of emergency, the state system is obliged to ensure the uninterrupted operation of key services. To this end, the trade union and the Ministry of Finance have developed a coordinated approach aimed at reducing uncertainty and creating clear rules for organizing labor.
