🇮🇱 Hebrew at a high level
📚 Higher education in the field of preschool education or related specialty
👩🏻💻 Experience in team management

🫡 Your responsibilities:
• Manage the daily work of the kindergarten
• Manage the teaching and administrative team
• Organize, train and support employees
• Monitor compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and WIZO standards
• Interact with parents and conduct parent-teacher conferences
• Take part in the selection, adaptation and development of personnel
• Plan and control the work of the kindergarten
• Coordinate work with external specialists and government agencies
• Organize events and educational projects
🕒 Work format:
Full time | 6 shifts per week | from 07:00 to 16:00
