💰 Salary from ₪16,000 - ₪18,000 gross (including bonuses) + 13 salary
❗️ Requirements:
🇮🇱 Confident command of Hebrew.
🛒 Experience in retail is required.
📚 Before starting work, we conduct a comprehensive paid training course for directors. All we need from you is a desire to develop with us and a responsible attitude to work.
The training lasts about 2 months and includes familiarization with all areas of network management.
🍪 We offer:
• Basic salary ₪13,000
• Quarterly bonuses up to ₪9,000
• Additional payment up to ₪3,000 for work on Saturdays.

🫡 Your responsibilities:
• Monitoring the work of the department.
• Personnel management.
• Meeting KPIs.
• Interaction with suppliers.
• Budget and payroll management.
• Planning employee working hours.
• Hiring new employees and training them.
• Monitor the high quality of customer service in the store.
• Monitor compliance with safety measures.
• Be ready to replace your employee at any time if necessary.

🕒 Work format:
Full time | 6 days a week | including weekends
ℹ️ Description:
You will have several rounds of interviews, including telephone and in-person interviews. After hiring, we will give you a professional course for directors, where we will teach you all work processes, competent management of personnel and store departments.
