Today we are considering a new question. What to do if contributions do not arrive in the account?

First: compare payments in the tlush and pension fund.

Open the payslip for the desired month. See if your portion was withheld, if the employer contribution was received, and if the פיצויים is accruing.

Second: don't rush to conclusions.

Contributions are sometimes delayed by several weeks. Check the dates in תלוש שכר and in הפקדות. Maybe everything is okay.

❗️If the amount of payments was withheld from the fund, but the fund is empty, this is a reason to ask the employer a question.

Third: write to your employer.

Just write, because a written appeal records the fact and speeds up the decision.

For example:

“For [month], contributions are not displayed. Please clarify the status of the transfer."

Fourth: contact your pension fund directly.
