🎯 Responsible for technical warehouse
Responsibilities:
• Organization “from scratch”: placement and entry into the spare parts catalog, shelving, entry into the system
• Warehouse and stock management, work in ERP
• Technical procurement for the service department, price comparison, negotiations
• Ordering spare parts/equipment, accepting deliveries
• Opening service requests for suppliers, monitoring the arrival of technicians
• Sending equipment for repair and monitoring status
• Transfer of invoices to the accounting department
Requirements:
• Hebrew - fluent (oral/written)
• Technical English – very good
• Computer: Office (especially Excel/Word), ERP
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Negotiation skills, technical mind-set
