Key tasks include: - Managing and tracking orders and deliveries. - Organization and support of international transportation by sea and air. - Entering and updating information in corporate systems. - Preparation of invoices and necessary documentation for shipments. - Calculation of transportation costs and formation of commercial proposals. - Communication with transport companies and foreign partners. - Registration of permits. - Checking and closing accounts. - Interaction with customs brokers on clearance issues. - Constant monitoring and support of logistics processes. Offered conditions: - Full time from 08:00 to 16:30. - Place of work: Haifa. Candidates must meet the following requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in the import/export sector. - Experience in preparing invoices and calculating the cost of services will be an advantage. - Fluent command of Hebrew and English (written and oral). - Knowledge of Russian is an advantage. - Confident computer skills, including Excel and Word. - Experience with the Pri system
