Head of the reinforcement products production department
📍Akko (industrial zone)
💰 Salary: 15,000–17,000 shekels per month + company car.
🇮🇱 Knowledge of Hebrew and English is at a good level.
⚙️ Experience: minimum 5 years in managing production personnel in the industrial sector.
Responsibilities:
• Supervision of shift supervisors and staff.
• Setting tasks, introducing new work processes and increasing their efficiency.
• Organizing ongoing production and coordinating with other departments.
• Monitoring compliance with production standards, plans and safety requirements.
• Process development and equipment maintenance management.
Requirements:
• Education: engineer/technician majoring in “Industrial Management”, “Mechanical Engineering”, “Construction” or in a related field.
• Willingness to work intensively, work in field conditions and overtime.
• Knowledge of computer programs (including Office).
• Technical literacy, organization and high responsibility.
