The Lone Soldier Program from Nefesh BeNefesh and FIDF is looking for a Russian-speaking coordinator

Full-time job in an office in Tel Aviv. Responsible, communicative and creative employees are required.

Requirements:

▫️ Knowledge of the Russian language at the native level, knowledge of Hebrew at a high level is mandatory

▫️ Serving in the Israel Defense Forces as a lone soldier is mandatory

▫️ Having completed the first higher education (BA Degree) or the last semester

▫️ Driving license (Israeli)

▫️ Communication skills and attention to detail.

▫️ Ability to work in an international team.

▫️ Experience with CRM and social media skills.

▫️ Getting to know the world of repatriation is desirable

Responsibilities:

🔹 Providing information and consultations for New Repatriates from the CIS on issues of service in the Israeli Defense Forces. Conducting personal meetings and calls with repatriates.

🔹 Providing assistance to New Immigrants in resolving bureaucratic issues with the Israel Defense Forces.

🔹 Providing assistance and support to single soldiers in military service.

🔹 Providing assistance and advice to parents of single soldiers.

🔹Management of various projects within the Program (organization of events, etc.).

🔹 Conducting meetings and presentations for various audiences.
