Job description:
Modern production, equipped with high-precision CNC machines, works with metals and plastics, where each operation is built with precise control and compliance with standards. The workshops use 3, 4 and 5 axes milling machines, which allow processing complex geometric shapes and achieving high precision in parts. The work of a CNC operator-setter includes setting up and controlling multi-axis milling machines, selecting cutting modes, installing tools and workpieces, and monitoring the progress of work. An important part of the tasks is the adjustment of control programs (CP) if the process requires changes to achieve the exact parameters of the part. Experience with 3-4-5 axis milling machines is required, drawing reading skills and knowledge of the Fanuc system are required for confident programming and operation of the machine. The job requires attention to detail, technical thinking, and a willingness to solve problems in a production mode. This is a profession for those who value technology and want to create parts that become part of complex industrial products and mechanisms.
