Important:
***residence experience in Israel - at least 3 years
*** experience in the field of non-formal/formal education
***knowledge of Hebrew
***enthusiasm and ability to communicate with people
*** ability to manage time and responsibility
and other personal qualities necessary in working with people
*** willingness to solve non-standard problems

*** madrich - graduate of Masa Beitar

***has a driver's license
