📌 Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience as a branch manager - required
• Experience in food retail
• Management of a branch of 20 employees or more
• High level of Hebrew (Russian is an advantage)
• Experience working with large cash flows
• Leadership qualities, ability to motivate a team
💼 Conditions:
• Full time + overtime possible
• 6 working days a week (Sunday–Friday + alternate Saturdays on duty)
• Working in a branch that is not kosher (pork is sold)
📦 Responsibilities:
• Branch management in all aspects
• Team management (20–30 employees)
• Working with clients
• Management of cash registers, finances, inventories and orders
• Training of employees and achievement of branch goals
• Interaction with the head office
